Shopping process on the website

The website is available in two languages - Slovenian and English. The selection is possible by clicking on the globe icon in the upper right corner (on mobile devices you can find it in the so-called hamburger menu).

Registration is not required to purchase on the website.

How do you find the product?

You can search for a product in several ways:

  • with the help of the search engine, which you open by clicking on the magnifying glass icon (on mobile devices you can find it inside the so-called hamburger menu). Enter the keyword there and confirm. The website will redirect you to search results that match that keyword.

  • By clicking on the navigation menu item "Products". Product subcategories will open there. By clicking on a subcategory, you will be redirected to a subpage where you can see the individual products in that subcategory. On mobile devices, you can find the subcategories directly in the so-called hamburger menu.

Product details

By clicking on the product image or on the "details" button, you will be redirected to the presentation page of the product. There you can find a description, additional images and a selection of different product options, such as size, color, etc. Here you add the product to the basket by selecting various options in the "dropdown" selection boxes, entering the desired quantity and then confirming the selection by clicking the "Add to basket" button.

Basket

After adding the product to the basket, you can continue shopping. Using the search methods listed above, you can select a new product and add another one to the basket. You can view the basket in two ways:

  • when you add the product to the cart, you will see a confirmation message that the product has been added to the cart. There you will also find a green colored link with the name "Basket". By clicking on it, you will be redirected to the basket

  • by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner (on mobile devices you can find it in the so-called hamburger menu). A window will open where you can see the summary of the basket. By clicking on the Basket button, you will be redirected to the basket. On mobile devices, the system redirects you directly to the basket

In the Basket you can see a summary of the products you have added to it. If you received a discount coupon from us, you can enter the discount code in the field, which will be charged to you at the checkout. By clicking on the button to the Checkout, the system will redirect you to the completion of the purchase. By clicking the Continue Shopping button, you will be redirected to the last page you visited.

Changing the amount of products in the basket

If you want to increase or decrease the quantity of products in the basket, do so by entering the desired quantity in the boxes in the Quantity column for each product (using the keyboard or using the arrows that appear in the window when you move the mouse move to it). When you have corrected the quantities for all products, click on the Update button and the contents of the basket will be updated.

If you want to remove the product from the basket, click on the green button marked X in the Quantity column for each product. The page will refresh and the product will be removed from the cart. You can add it back again by following the steps above to find the product and add it to your cart.

Cashier

When you want to complete your purchase, you need to go to the Checkout subpage. This is possible in two ways:

  • Once in the cart, click the Checkout button

  • By clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner on mobile devices, you can find it in the so-called hamburger menu). Then click on the Checkout button in the pop-up window. 

You are redirected to the Checkout subpage, where you complete your purchase in a few simple steps

Account information

In the fields you see on the screen, enter the data we need for the account and for easier communication when placing the order:

  • Name

  • Surname

  • Email address

  • Phone

  • Title 1

  • Heading 2

  • Mail

  • Zip code

  • Country

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. If you do not fill them in, the system will not allow you to continue the purchase process.

Delivery address

If the shipping address is the same as the billing address, then just click on the Continue button and you will be redirected to the next step. However, if you want delivery to a different address, uncheck the box next to "Billing address and delivery address are the same". The system will redirect you to the following pop-up window where you enter the necessary data for delivery:

  • Name

  • Surname

  • Email address

  • Phone

  • Title 1

  • Heading 2

  • Mail

  • Zip code

  • Country

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. If you do not fill them in, the system will not allow you to continue the purchase process.

Delivery method

In the new pop-up window, you first have a section called Choose a delivery method. You simply click on one of the options available to you: 

  • Personal pickup - You pick up the products at the company headquarters in Ljubljana, Vodnikova cesta 130. Pickup is possible every weekday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

  • Delivery with GLS delivery service - Products will be delivered via GLS delivery service. When they are shipped, we will send you the tracking number of the shipment.

For each of the options, you will also see the delivery cost including VAT.

Method of payment

In the section titled Select payment method, select one of the payment method options (by clicking on it):

  • Payment on collection - Payment to the delivery service upon collection of the products. You will be charged additional processing costs.

  • Payment by invoice - Payment via invoice by bank transfer to the account of the manager of the online store (Mediatis d.o.o.). You will receive the payment information when submitting the order to the entered email address.

  • Payment by credit card - payment by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Discover, Diners Club and many others).

If you have any other message that you would like to add when placing the order, please enter it in the Notes field. Before continuing, it is necessary to agree to the website's general terms of business and the website's privacy terms.

To continue, click the Continue button. 

Order summary

At this stage you can see a summary - the products you have ordered, the quantities and amount, as well as the delivery costs and any processing costs of the order. You can also see which payment method you have chosen. If you want to change anything at this point, go back to the top of the page. In each of the versions where you previously entered the data, you now have a Change button. By clicking this button, you can correct the data for the selected section.

Order submission

Submit the order by clicking on the Submit order button. If the payment will be made through one of the payment systems, you will be redirected to the website of the payment provider, where you will perform all the procedures necessary for the payment. the order has been submitted, the system will redirect you to the confirmation page. Here you can view the order - order status summary.

When the order has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation message to your e-mail address. In this message, in addition to all the details, you will also receive a link where you can view the status of your order. There will also be a token - a special code that is tied to your order. On the aforementioned link, enter the token and the email address you entered when placing the order. You can then view the details of your order here. You will be notified of changes to the status of the order or any other changes via an e-mail message that you will receive at the e-mail address entered when placing the order.

 

How do I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel the order after you have already placed it, you can do so by sending a message to the e-mail address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. You can cancel it up to the time your order has been submitted to the delivery service. If the order has already been placed for delivery, you are obliged to pick it up. If you do not do this or If you refuse the shipment, we as the provider reserve the right to charge you for the costs of shipping and processing the order. The cost of an undelivered package is €7.90.

If you want to cancel the order after receiving the goods, you must comply with our terms returns.
