The purpose of the general business conditions is to clearly define the rights and obligations of the operator Mediatis d.o.o. and users of the online store in the use, ordering, purchase, supply and sale of goods and services available in the online store, as well as the business relationship between the provider and the user of the online store, unless the interested parties expressly agree otherwise. The authentic and valid version is the one concluded on the day of the conclusion of the contract.

The general terms and conditions of the online store bind you from the moment you enter our online store. With each purchase made through our online store, you are deemed to be familiar with the entire content of the general terms and conditions and to have consented to the general terms and conditions offered without restrictions. The provider reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions of business without special notice. The changes apply from the moment of publication and are binding for the user.

On the website there is an online store that operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The visitor can log in to the system and obtain a username and password with which to access his user profile, thus obtaining the right to purchase. In order to make a purchase, logging into the system is not mandatory. The visitor can make a purchase without obtaining a username and password, in which case he makes the purchase as a guest.

In the case of a distance purchase, the consumer has 14 days from the receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract. The consumer must notify the seller of withdrawal from the contract. The deadline begins the next day from the date of receipt of the ordered goods. In the case of timely withdrawal from the contract, the consumer does not need to state a reason for withdrawal.

Prices are valid at the time of placing the order via the online store. It may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, the provider will offer the customer to withdraw from the purchase or will try to find a solution that will satisfy both the provider and the customer. We allow you to pick up the goods at our company's headquarters, but in this case it is only possible to pay in cash or Payment cards. We can also make the product according to the customer's instructions and wishes (such as a T-shirt with a print), but in this case, advance payment is required. Such a product goes into production only upon receipt of payment to the account.

Product delivery methods

At we strive for the fastest possible delivery of ordered goods. Orders placed before 12:00 are usually shipped the same working day. The shipment is expected to be delivered within 1-3 working days, in the morning hours. In the event that the customer is not at the designated place at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a message with further instructions.

Delivery is free for purchases over EUR 100.

the cost of delivery is uniform for the whole of Slovenia and amounts to 4.88 euros including VAT. In the case of cash on delivery payment, you will be charged a surcharge of 2.44 euros per redemption shipment. We recommend this method of delivery if you have the opportunity to pick up the package in the morning or it is convenient for you to pick up the package at GLS Parcel Shops (ParcelShop units) or GLS Paketomats. You will receive a notification by e-mail when your shipment is ready for collection. Pickup of the shipment is possible during the working hours of our company, that is, every working day from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We ask that you collect the goods within 3 working days of receiving notification that the goods are ready for collection, otherwise the order will be cancelled.


Product prices

In the event that the provider fails to change the data in time, he must inform the customer about the changes and enable him to cancel the order or propose another solution that will satisfy both parties.

The online price applies in the case of placing an order via the website, namely for registered customers. The customer registers when placing an order via the online shopping cart on the aforementioned website. The regular price applies to unregistered customers who want to make a purchase in our branch, bypassing the online basket. If only one price is listed next to the item, it means that the online and regular price are the same.

All prices on the website are expressed in EUR and are valid on the day of purchase or execution of the order. Prices already include value added tax, unless explicitly stated otherwise. VAT payers are obliged to state their tax number when registering. The provider tries to ensure that the data on is up-to-date and correct. Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice. Prices valid at the time of placing the order.

What happens when the selected products are out of stock?

If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you. At that time, you have several options: cancel the order in full, confirm the order only partially, and we will refund you the difference or we supply other products of this value, or you wait until we get the product back in stock and deliver it to you with a delay.

Damaged shipments

If the package is damaged, the contents are missing or it may be open (even partially), the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service. The easiest way for the buyer to do this is to inspect the package upon receipt and fill out the complaint report.
